NEW YORK----May 11, 2006--Fitch Ratings assigns an 'AA+' rating to Texas' $13.4 million general obligation water financial assistance refunding bonds, series 2006A, scheduled to sell through negotiation with a syndicate led by Estrada Hinojosa & Company, Inc. on or about May 23.
