NEW YORK----May 3, 2006--Fitch assigns ratings to the Arizona Higher Education Loan Authority Student Loan Revenue and Refunding Bonds as follows: $42,500,000 Student Loan Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2006A-1, 'AAA'; $42,500,000 Student Loan Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2006A-2, 'AAA'; $10,000,000 Student Loan Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2006B, 'A'.
